Do you like Debian Emerald theme‘s colors, but you’d rather not have Debian’s logo, and maybe even would like a not so abstract image? I do, so here you go! Made with Blender using Cycles. Hopefully the images will stay at full resolution (1920x1080). Also, first time I play with geometry nodes, and wow, they are powerful!

The more I play with #Grav today, the more I am getting used to getting it to do what I want! For some reason, there is no built in tool to center align an image in a post! I like the images aligned in the middle of the page. Well - thankfully after more tinkering I have found a way to force it to allow me to do this!

So I am thinking on how to present my sites some and I can't really get past the idea of having a background that sort of looks like the textured outsides of the older computers like a TRS-80, Apple IIe, or the beige towers I grew up looking at.

A theme for my free writing page keeps wanting to have a background of dark reddish brown leather.

... I remember when we did all of that for our web pages as just people having fun. Not being professional, but being fun.

Am I just getting old?

So I got it in my head to put together some color pallets for CSS and Enlightenment Themes. I have a few ideas to work on and will try to make them nice.

I went looking for Images of TRS-80 Model III and Apple IIe computers so I could do some color picking. Looking for back ground colors and accents that look similar to the 80s and 90s colors. Everything was silver, Beige/White, and Black back then.

Will probably at least try and figure out more.

Progress is slow, and we're far from perfect. Definitely getting closer to what I generally want for terminals in Expandtheon though
