In his _Letter from a Birmingham Jail_, #MartinLutherKing emphasizes the importance of #EconomicJustice alongside #SocialJustice and criticizes how white supremacy is happy to take wealth from the hands of Black folks as customers while refusing to provide them with good jobs.

I just ran the numbers for one of my tech #WorkerCooperatives with open-comp + opt-in for self-identifying along several axes.

Non-white team members comprise 53% of our staff and receive ~56% of our total compensation.
