How can we help more communities in the Global South get on the fediverse?

So they can build solidarity and mutual aid links with each other. As well as with communities in the Global North who often have access to significantly more political-economic resources.

❕Es ist wichtig, vielfältige Formen der Finanzierung zu kombinieren und dabei darauf zu achten, dass sie Commons nicht in Abhängigkeiten führen und somit untergraben. Optimal sind gemeinschaftsgetragene, solidarische sowie freilassende Finanzierungen, die selbst Ausdruck des Commoning sind.

👉 Die Möglichkeiten reichen von Gemeinsamen Ökonomien wie in der Kommune Niederkaufungen , über Crowdfunding mittels spezifischer Plattformen wie Goteo bis zur klassischen Spendenkampagne.
👉 Private oder staatliche Finanzierungen sind sinnvoll, wenn sie Verwendungs- und Entscheidungssouveränität gewähren.
👉 Ein Grundeinkommen , das wie in Namibia von den Betroffenen mitgestaltet und -verantwortet wird, kann commons-freundliche Räume öffnen.
👉 In der deutschsprachigen Commons-Community wird an Konzepten für ein gemeinschaftsgetragenes Grundeinkommen gearbeitet.
