I have today procured rafters to aid me in #roofing a building unit to serve as #vocationalskills classroom.
We are intensifying our vocational skills initiatives and dedicating a home on campus for these activities. #tailoring , #carpentry, #buildingandconstruction , #fineart and #craftmaking are top on the agenda.

Giving our learners extra vocational skills to their learning opens their horizons to success more.

The quest to learn the Palmer/Pletsch fitting method continued this morning. Denny came into the workroom so that Kane and I could practice with a mens shirt bodice. We went from zero to a near perfect fit in 90 minutes.

That's how long it usually takes just to get all of the measurements for all other drafting methods.
