- Be in the sun mornings and evenings,
- not longer than two hours at a time,
- stay in shade,
- cover yourself,
- apply mineral-based sun-screens.

So I now have the following conditions in play:
* Outside temp must be above X
* Inside temp for the room must be above Y
* Season must be not winter
* "Disable" flag must be off

In this case, it'll trigger the blinds whenever the sun is supposed to be in them.

Now I just need to add something wrt cloud cover. If it's grey, it's really not needed to close the blinds, but I also don't want them going up and down like mad every half hour.
