The cascade effects of #sunscreens on the environment such as corals, dunes and fish and on humans directly and indirectly are manifold. We're part of nature and taking the #OneHealth approach is inescapable, which requires a change of culture, especially in the global north and 'the West':
- Be in the sun mornings and evenings,
- not longer than two hours at a time,
- stay in shade,
- cover yourself,
- apply mineral-based sun-screens.

Weekly (hopefully!) river walk with Maron the Shiba. It's great to see her so confident with going into the water. In the summer we'll have to try swimming somewhere deep. There's something different to notice during every walk when you take the time to go, feel the weather, see the plants, hear the river...
