The rise of AI code generation like Copilot offers incredible speed, but it risks creating a generation of developers who lack foundational understanding. This post argues that the "friction" of typing code, building muscle memory, and actively processing each line is essential for developing true mastery and robust debugging skills. Well that was fun. I couldn't get passwordless ssh working on my new #Proxmox VE or PBS.
