I #do #not #understand the #urge to #put a #hashtag in #front of #random #words in #toots.

#Besides the #fact that it is a #pain in the #ass for #screenreader #users, #most of those #hashtags are just #useless and do #not even #help to #reach a #bigger #audience.
On the #contrary, even for #sighted #folks it's #hard to #read, so they #probably #ignore the #post and just #continue #scrolling.

Ok, question for all my #sighted friends on here. Why are you guys seemingly obsessed with app icons? Apple announced their new Creator Studio bundle last week, and everyone is upset because the app icons look bad I guess? Like why do you care, it's like me getting mad because the app name is stupid or something. I don't get it.

#Blind friends. It is long since time we took our responsibilities far more seriously and ensured our #sighted friends are more aware of where they are, where they are going and even where it is they hope to get. Next time an over eager person with sight approaches you, stop and ensure they know where it is they are, which direction they are traveling and even if they know what their destination is. when you encounter one who does congratulate them and see them on their way. #blindtravel #a11y
