#عيد_الغدير عيد الله الاكبر في 18 ذي الحجة سنة 10 هـ، في غدير خم، رفع النبي محمد صلى الله عليه واله وسلم يد الامام علي عليه السلام وقال: "مَن كُنتُ مَولاهُ فَهذا عَلِيٌّ مَولاه" ونصبه اميراً للمؤمنين.
قال الله تعالى: ﴿ الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الإِسْلامَ دِيناً ﴾ . ( سورة المائدة :3 ) .
