No idea how it tastes. Probably good.

It's this recipe https://www.marcelpaa.com/rezepte/orangen-schokoladen-torte/ except I also soaked the cake base in limoncello, used blood oranges instead of plain ones, ruby chocolate instead of white. And felt like going over the top with the top part...

Finally got my hands on some #RubyChocolate (a.k.a. Pink chocolate). Supposedly tastes more fruity and is made of less aged cacao beans. Saving this one for XMas.

Any nice good recipes with ruby chocolate out there? I’ve got some bc I’m curious and really want to try it but it’s like so expensive for such a small package, I don’t want to waste it in something not so good…

Has anyone here been able to taste #RubyChocolate manufactured by someone competent? What i have tasted so far was very underwhelming, but that may be due to #Nestle
