@massivelyop I think so at least in some games. I think I'm #rocketleague you'll actually get a notification a little later if some action was taken due to a report you made. This def encouraged me to report when someone was causing issues.
Altho I've only seen that in maybe one other game so, probably the real answer is no, but at least one game is doing it right
