My rent is going up $1,000 at renewal in March (USA - central Florida). We live in a 2BR 1,000 sq ft apartment where there have been constant flooding and mold issues. The drainage is so bad in the parking lot that several cars were flooded and totaled during Hurricane Ian. Regular plumbing issues and garbage buildup. They want $2,400 plus fees per month for this place.
