This is the only thing blocking me from moving entirely to Linux. Cortex Control works fine in Bottles, but the pedalboard is not recognized as USB device in Linux. And trying to incorporate a slew of analog pedals takes you into the world of midi loop switchers, and then the pedal board gets too big to really do fly dates.

I was going to order a new Quad Cortex anyway, and then out of the blue, Neural DSP released the Quad Cortex mini. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect. Very excited to get started with this one.

Like #BOSS did with their GT-1000 and GT-1000Core, the QCmini has the same internal hardware as the full QC, so there's no compromise on power.
However, the QCmini still costs more than twice the Core and uses more than twice the power.
This is good for the #guitar #bass #effects #fx #pedalboard #MI industry, and will push the competition that much harder.

Just noticed that the new Mayer plugin isn’t Quad Cortex compatible yet. I’ve been whelmed.
Ugh. I want this so badly. I’m seriously contemplating buying a Quad Cortex again.
