As much as I dislike game-streaming. This is awesome and makes me wish Sony would make another handheld. A #PSP3 maybe?
Local streaming is acceptable latency wise, but still not great. (Can't use it on the train/plane and if I'm home I might as well play on the TV).
PPSSPP is great, but most #PSP games show their age somewhat. except Wipeout Pure, thats still awesome.
