Actually, just don't read. Explain what you see if you haven't prepared. Much nicer to follow an awkward presentation that we both are seeing for the first time, narrated by you, rather than text-to-speech presentation or an unfiltered and unaltered LLM output.

Sadly there is no universal tool in Emacs. ˊ・ω・ˋ But
LaTeX and Beamer is very powerfull.
