Yep, found the problem.
One of the bathroom GFCIs kept tripping. Apparently the storm blew enough water horizontal to get just enough inside this outlet to short it out.
Not that it was doing great regardless, lol. It was due for replacement after 50 years!
I don't think ghetto mindset people who do not care for children of others, or children well being, their future, should be in position of deciding for everyone else in a fair society (which doesn't exist yet). They clearly don't understand the basic human principles of living together..
