I am a #historian of #20thcentury, & #post1945, specializing in #Germany & its post-war development.

My research revolves around prosecution of Nazi-crimes, judicial crimes & Nazi-biographies, or rather: the pre 1945 #biographies of German political representatives after the war. As such I was working on behalf of the Landtag #Niedersachsen & the Landtag #SchleswigHolstein.

I am looking forward to get to know lots of interesting people & thrilling topics.

I’m a #historian of #ModernEurope, #20thcentury, and #post1945, specializing in #Germany in its #transnational and #global contexts. My research focuses on #migration, #racism, #farrightextremism, #gender, and #sexuality.

I’m working on a new project on the #history of the #transatlantic connections between #German and #American #neonazis (1945-2000).

And I’m finishing my first book on #Turkish #migration to #Germany (1961-1990).
