De eerste slaapfase (22:00-01:00) zit er op, waarbij ik vanaf 0:15 naar de klok lag te staren omdat ik eruit wilde. Wat me erg meeviel eigenlijk.
Nu bezigheden zoeken om wakker te blijven tot 05:00, dan ga ik weer 3 uur onder zeil.

Good morning! Finished my nighttime sleep of 3 hours
My sleep schedule due to work consists of 2 periods of sleep, in the morning I sleep 2-3 hours before I go into my day-job while in the evenings I sleep 3-4 hours before I go into my night-job.
Occasionally I with my day job take a nap on my 1 hour lunch break to help even out.
