oBuntschuAfter finally tasting the famous #PinkSoup (sadly I was two weeks too early for the fest), I walked around old town and along river Vilnia. There were many street music performers and lots of people out in the street, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
Vilnius would definitely be worth a longer visit another time. There is even a Garaventa gadgetbahn! And in a park a bit hidden, I spotted a familiar guy. ;)

It's called "šaltibarščiai" in Lithuanian.
CarolinaToday’s lunch: Saltibarsciai, a Lithuanian cold soup made with beets, cucumber, onion and kefir. Served with boiled potatoes on the side.
