i tried putting seeds out in the form 8647. that proved impossible

then i thought i'd try it one number at a time. you may be able to tell, this was supposed to be an 8 😅

i pretty much knew. when seed is spread out, the #pigeons don't necessarily spread out. they eat in a group and move down the line of seed essentially en masse

this is "Toeless Joe", one of the feral #pigeons that frequently visits during feedings. i don't know how he lost his toes. those spikes people put on buildings are frequent culprits

he won't eat out of my hands yet, but i always try to make sure he gets food
