How did I pull my #hamstrings while #sleeping? I was fine last night. I don't think I am terribly active while asleep. But now I am sore and tight in the back of my thigh with movement in addition to the plantar fasciitis I've been suffering with for almost 5 months :-(

Took a load of spring cleaning garbage and things that had accumulated over the winter months to the landfill and realized that my left arm is not happy. Can’t lift a bag of garbage with it 💪 🤕So I guess trailering away the hedge pile will have to wait until next week. 🤷‍♂️ #oww

About ten minutes slower than the last one, but the last one ended with a five k downhill while this one was a riparian nightmare of steep hills the whole course. #halfmarathon #running
