Today's tourist adventure was Horton Park #parkrun. A delightful Victorian Park in Bradford. 3 laps where the uphill felt significantly more than the downhill. Lots of thanks to the volunteers helping me up that hill. #runnersofmastodon #over60running #trailrunning

A breezy bit of tourism this morning at Morecambe Prom Parkrun. A delightful out & back flat course along the prom until you turn round and come back into the wind. The mountains of the Lake District accross the bay are a terrific sight looming darkly in the distance. The Marshals were terrific today, lots of encouragement all the way round. #over60running #parkrun #mentalhealth #trailrunning #runnersofmastodon

No #parkrun today but i did a rather wet Tolkien Trail 11k instead organised by @PennineTrails. A really fabulous venue at Stonyhurst College (Hogwarts) where Tolkien studied and a truly lovely route. The last ½k to the finish along the long staight road to the college felt like forever though. I was 54th out of 357 runners and 2nd in the older gentleman's catagory #trailrunning #tolkien #runnersofmastodon #mentalhealth #over60running

What a terrific but incredibly tough race today at the #TittesworthTrail10k magnificently organised by @RunThroughUK. Stunning views across the water and from the top of the hill and so pleased with my 18th place and 1st place in the old folks catagory. #Trailrunning #over60running #mentalhealth

Lovely Parkrun this morning at Centre Vale Parkrun. Great course with some fantastic trail paths through the woods that smelt terrific in the wet and a couple of hills thrown in too. Today's #parkrun adventure took me to Temple Newsome, Leeds. A lovely 2 lap circuit on mixed terrain with a long slow hill to finish on. Still got a few more to do around Leeds but this was nice one. #UKrunchat #trailrunning #over60running #mentalhealth

Back to Cheadle Hulme #ParkRun for my 175th Parkrun and my 101st at this location. It's a beautiful cross country course when the weather is good and only 10 minutes from my house. 30 seconds off my course PB but my best age grading at this event so I'll take that as a win #mentalhealth #trailrunning #over60running

What a beautiful gem of a #parkrun i found this morning @Oakwellparkrun. Lovely run round the woods on trail paths with a magnificent Hall dating from 1690 and a zig zag path thrown in too.
