Sooooo… I did #SelfCare yesterday. I really did. I rested. Watched a movie and the first season of a comedy series. I caught some Olympics, I meditated, medicated, and did some idle online research. I was #gender affirming and compassionate with myself and gave permission to put some stressful things aside
and my sleep was better 🙏
Today is more rain. My partner’s ✈️return is delayed by weather 🌀⛈️😢; I’m going to a #poetry workshop & then a friend date 👀🥴 tonite
