Wrote a timeline today of the most memorable events in my life, starting in my teenage years.
It's an eclectic mix of my up and downs with bipolar disorder, disability, several hyperfixations, moves, studying, working, relationships and more.
And it's interesting to see this as a timeline. I can recommend that. Even if you write a diary or such, a timeline is a good overview, I think.
