FireflyI had my first psychiatric appointment this week. Turns out as well as anxiety and depression, which I already knew I live with, he said I have ADHD and Autism traits. 
I was shocked π³. Also validated π. Annoyed that in almost 50 years nobody has picked this up til now and all this time Iβve been suffering and struggling but going forward at least I know.
