Early Tuesday morning (like 0430h MT), in Edmonton, if you have a clear east horizon, you'll be able to see Jupiter and Venus, the latter being brighter, low and very close to each other...just a little bit north of due east.

Also, if you look south and up, you'll see a waning gibbous Moon and Saturn just below and left of it.
