Even beyond that, it's insane to use a SINGLE social media platform as the only way to MAYBE reach a live person at your #customerSupport? I know with these #mainstream #socialMedia and video hosting platforms, they're run amok with #spam (literally all you have to do on tiktok is put #banned in the description and in the bots flood π) but these platforms would NOT EXIST without us real people, and driving us all off the platform with your sheety (or nonexistent) customer support (or rather, product support--since #creators like me are, in fact, the product) then all you have left is the #bots !!
