Even beyond that, it's insane to use a SINGLE social media platform as the only way to MAYBE reach a live person at your #customerSupport? I know with these #mainstream #socialMedia and video hosting platforms, they're run amok with #spam (literally all you have to do on tiktok is put #banned in the description and in the bots flood 🙃) but these platforms would NOT EXIST without us real people, and driving us all off the platform with your sheety (or nonexistent) customer support (or rather, product support--since #creators like me are, in fact, the product) then all you have left is the #bots !!
