I'm familiar with Brave browser. I stopped using Brave when I heard they were using search results from Grokopedia. There is a #NoGrok extension that can be added to Brave browser, but it requires one to be more tech proficient than I can be at this time.

So after some further experimentation, I settled upon Startpage browser for the phone, and FireFox browser with Startpage search on the laptop. FireFox is fully customizable with way more extentions available than any one person would ever need, 😆 Startpage is simple, clean, and light.

By demanding a backdoor into our chats, the state is trying to suffocate the movement before it can draw its first breath. Without the right to a private conversation, we do not have a democracy, we have a permanent interrogation, and every encrypted packet is a door they are trying to kick down.

Farah Nasser says Grok asked her 12-year-old son to send it nude photos during an innocent conversation about soccer. Tesla and xAI didn't respond to CBC's questions about the interaction, sending what appeared to be an auto-generated response stating, "Legacy media lies."
