Ich habe immer das Gefühl, dass #NewPay nicht ausreicht. Grundlegend: Solange ich nicht am Unternehmen und am Unternehmenserfolg beteiligt bin, ist weder Augenhöhe noch Fairness herstellbar (zum Beispiel gegenüber den Inhaber*innen)
