Bij hypotheekadviseur Viisi kiezen medewerkers democratisch de rollen waar de markt om vraagt. Deze Agile oftewel wendbare organisatievorm, waarbij er geen bazen zijn, heet een Holacracy. Toen Viisi in economisch zwaar weer kwam, bleken er echter een soort noodwetten nodig. Ook namen ervaren mensen toen tijdelijk het roer over. Leadlink Tom van der Lubbe geeft, als een soort fractievoorzitter van Viisi, tips voor succesvolle toepassing van Holacracy. In goede en slechte tijden!

@Chaotica @luebbermann In der ZEIT war mal ein toller Artikel über #NewWork (also historisch, wo das herkommt) und neben #Holacracy finde ich ja das Manifest von #Valve toll und natürlich auch wie #Gore arbeiten. Da gibt‘s viel abzuschauen und auszuprobieren, aber es klappt auch nicht in allen Konstellationen, denke ich.
