"Owing to a heavy sea blowing ahead of us we were not able to leave our camp before 3 pm. We put ashore for the night at the end of Lac Vaseux #MuddyLake Had a slight shower of rain towards evening.
"13th. Started this morning at 2 am. Sailed to the first point in Lac Bourbon #CedarLake where we breakfasted. Pulled and sailed across Lac Traverse #CrossLake at the end of which we camped. Chilly weather.
