@nixCraft One of the many reasons why I love #Debian: The DEB format allows the package molly-guard to wrap commands like reboot, poweroff, etc. In contrast packaging #mollyguard for #RedHat and its derivates seems to be impossible because the #RPM format doesn't support this. I was sad to find no replacement when I had to setup a RedHat box for $work.

@sci_photos Linux? Ich habe auf fast allen Rechnern #mollyguard installiert: dann muss man den Namen des PCs explizit eintippen, nachdem man "reboot" eingegeben hat.

Ja, das nützt nur etwas in einem Terminalfenster bzw. einer ssh-Session...
