Well, shit. I hit 45 and everything started to fall apart. For the past couple of days, I've been processing the news that I have #diabetes. Going to the doctor in a week for a different issue but will discuss options for the diabetes as well. My test numbers weren't very high so hopefully I can control it with #diet changes. #MiddleAgedProblems
