Back on my #rowing bullshit. I have to start getting serious about my workouts again. Today I did a beginner's class to start building strength back. 25 minutes with Dark Horse Rowing on YT. A Concept2 didn't magically fall out of the sky and into my library/workout space so I had to use the cheap, rusty dusty Sunny that I own. Made the best of it. Feeling pretty freaking smug right now. Will I be able to walk tomorrow? Who knows! #POTS

Workout done. 470-something strokes in 26 minutes but that's a lie because #DarkHorseRowing made me do arms only, then arms & hips only, for many minutes & my machine doesn't count those. No hip tendon clicks, tons of power in the legs. Strong. Did 35 mins of level 1 #Pilates. Again, felt strong. Attempted yoga stretching & I fell apart after 15-20 mins. Food bank kicked my ass earlier so no complaints. 82 #fitbit zone minutes for the day so far.
