Last night there was a terrible collision on the Henry Hudson parkway. The HHP was closed and all traffic diverted to Riverside. This was all done without notice. It proved that six lanes on the HHP are not necessary. The hhp could be converted to a boulevard which would make it much safer and eliminate most of these collisions.
