We are disappointed to share that we were unable to reach an agreement with the City of Boston and Boston Public Library Management at our bargaining session on Friday, October 13th.
The proposals put forward to us, especially in regards to our salary increases, showed a deep disrespect for the work that PSA members do.
Our members have been working for over three weeks under an expired contact. They show up and give their best, every single day, to the Boston community without the promise of raises, better benefits, and more.
