**Tim O'Connor.** Security experts Blue, Kate and Shane (Jack Scalia, Lisa Hartman, Rick Edwards) inadvertently teach some villains how to pull a heist and must stop them. Villains are a mirror image of the heroes. They are after a toxin that will wipe out Los Angeles (unless they get a ransom). Story is well told. Blue comes across as very smart, figuring out what the bad guys are up to very early on. Decisive leader, too. Action sequences are decent, particularly the climactic confrontation with hero & villain & deadly cannister hanging from a tall building. _March 1983: ABC Wednesdays before The Fall Guy.
