#kitchendiary: Experimented with grilled polenta "sausages" - tasty accompaniment to a meal (eg a stew?). For two: 64g polenta, 275g boiling water, 1/2 tsp salt. Cook gently (like porridge!) 10 mins. Take off the heat, mix in a glug of olive oil and a knob of vegan butter. Spread the mix out on a mat. When cooled, shape it and grill it.
