The best flavour combo from the weekend was: baked beetroot, a sauce of red berries, and peppery nasturtium leaves. #nom - a flavour triplet to remember! (At the restaurant "Entropy" in Brussels) #vegan
These red (& some black…had a mixture in a bag I had to use) beans + andouille are being paired with rice and some chicken thighs that are braising in a sauce made — in part — from CSA roma tomatoes. Def good eatin' tonight. #nom
