This Is My GlasgowA plaque marking the tenement on Dumbarton Road in Glasgow where James Alferd Wight grew up. He would later go on to write a series of books based on his experiences as a vet in Yorkshire on the 1940s and 1950, which was then turned into the popular TV series All Creatures Great and Small. For his writing, he used the pseudonym James Herriot, a name inspired by Jim Herriot, Birmingham City Football Club's Scottish goalkeeper from the 1950s.
