Sunday Prep: Clean your desktop. If you are screen-sharing during an interview/demo and your desktop is a mess of 500 screenshots, it looks chaotic. Create a folder called "Demo Assets." Look organized, be organized.
Mock Interviews. Record yourself answering "Tell me about yourself." Watch it back. Do you say "Um" 50 times? Do you look at the camera? It's painful to watch, but it's the fastest way to improve.
