Jamming on electric guitar… I think this one I've just recorded is pretty typical of me just having fun, breaking the rules (looped chord progression in D minor, but then, melody-wise that's the one with all the notes, right?), while still trying to keep things as musical as possible. This is just guitar > pedal board > mixer > DAW. For the strumming I did blend in some piezo on top of the Fluence neck pickup.

Another metal-glass-water #improvisation of soundtracky quality. Recently I've started putting my phone on record next to the cristal when playing, just in case I come up with something worth sharing. I think when this thingy emerged, my hands or the glass rods weren't wet enough, so you can hear some extra friction side-noises. #Improvization #ExperimentalMusic

I felt like doing and #Improvisation on kantele. This wonderful zither from #Finland is simply magical and atmospheric. In fact, in old Karelian tradition, improvising was called soittaa omaa mahtia (playing one's own power) and may have had altered state uses. I personally find it very meditative, and often tell people it's the *only* #Instrument I've nearly played myself to sleep with (not exaggerating). This is played on a Lovikka 10-string.

Felt in the mood for some #drone this morning, which often means I'm grabbing the Innato or Huaca. In this case it was the latter. Believe it or not, but this #improvisation is played on #guitar. I've decided to name it ""Wen a guitar dreams (of not being a guitar)". Well, given that I put a loose bronze bridge on there, named the Passerelle bridge, it transforms the guitar into a zither-like #instrument with 12 bendable notes and a slight "buzzy" quality.
