It's my favourite day of the year where we take a moment to observe signs of new life and the stirrings beneath us. It gives me a boost of hope to take me through the year.

Happy #Imbolc2023, when it starts to feel as if winter is on the way out. Probably psychological because it looks just as dreich outside my window.

But it feels warmer and that's good enough for me. And the need to start moving again after a long hibernation is more urgent.
