An exhibition at the Getty Museum, 'Beginnings: The Story of Creation in the Middle Ages', includes some wonderful examples of medieval book art, but what really sets it apart is the addition of the gorgeous work of contemporary artist Harmonia Rosales which incorporates beliefs from Yoruba cosmology.

Um, #AlanMoore's #Illuminations (at least the first story) isn't helping to dispel the perception of how many of his female characters are victims of some sort of sexual predation. I'll give it a few more pages, but the first story, "Hypothetical Lizard," might warrant a hard pass. We'll see...
