Diese Partnerschaft ist ein konkreter Schritt zur Weiterentwicklung des #SovereignTechStandards Netzwerks. Das Pilotprogramm unterstützt eine Gruppe von Open-Source-Maintainer*innen dabei, sich aktiv an der Standardisierungsarbeit in Organisationen wie @ietf, @w3c und #ISO zu beteiligen.

- en 2006, #OASIS a créé & obtenu la normalisat° #ISO du format #OpenDocument, norme ouverte destinée à proposer 1 format bureautique ouvert & universel au lieu du format proprio de Microsoft
- craignant de voir sa vache à lait lui échapper, Microsoft développe le standard #OOXML & parvient à le faire valider en 2008 en corrompant 1 certain nombre de pays membres de l'ISO
- mais le format normalisé par l'ISO est la version "Strict" compatible avec #ODF alors que MS Office favorise la version "Transitional" compatible avec ses anciens formats
- en 2026, #Microsoft abandonne la vers° "Strict"
