The ongoing anti-Bulgarian campaign, #discrimination and #humanrights abuses in #NorthMacedonia escalated into a brutal attack and beating of a young #Bulgarian activist from the city of Ohrid. Unfortunately, instead of expressing regret, the politicians and the media in North Macedonia started hysterical Bulgarophobic rhetoric, with the aim of denigrating the victim, which is a classic example of #victimblaming.
