This is really really good. My go-to alcoholic ginger beer is Hollows and Fentimans, which is pretty expensive here. This is far more value, and I'm starting to think this one tastes better, more zingy, not too sugary
Whatever your midweek tipple, I bet it's not quite as tasty as (I can't believe I'm about to say this) a 0.5% ABV ginger beer kombucha from Portrush's Lacada Brewery. Man, that's tasty! 👏🏼

I have an old ginger bug (starter for ginger beer) that seemed to be dead in the bathroom because it is the warmest room and has the most stable temperature. I managed to reactivate it yesterday by adding a tiny bit of sourdough starter. At least now I'm not the only one farting while on the bowl.
