Now that the weather is cooler, I finally feel as if I have my POTS symptoms under control enough that I'm ready to start exercise. I'm starting at 3 sets of 10 for each exercise and feel as if I'm exhausting my muscles. I hope I'm feeling ready to start adding 10 min of cardio every other day next week. 🤞 🚣‍♀️ 💪

I’ve had a significant improvement in my energy levels as of late. It’s not 100% but I definitely feel more motivated and compelled to work out. I’m taking wins where I can.

Most of the time, I’m still mentally exhausted, though I’m getting better about “not caring” about the things that are bringing me down and prioritizing myself.

None of it is a perfect science of course.
