With the release of STAYC -- I Want It, we get to see a bangless* Yoon.

I've seen posts treating this hairstyle as an occasion for rejoicing - "Yoon's forehead free at last!" - but I'm not so sure, as I believe in the beauty of bangs.**

However, I am aware that more than personal preferences might be at work here, so I am beginning to look at the semiotics of bangs.***
